Bell Sleeves & Over The Knee Boots

This is one of my favorite outfits for this fall! Bell sleeves have been the new thing along with over the knee boots for this season. I knew by wearing this top I would have that retro feel so I decided to wear it under a romper dress. Then I paired these two garments with some over the knee boots in a navy blue that (though they look like a dark turquoise) would make this outfit look even better. Over the knee boots are the best item to have in your closet. You can wear them with almost anything!  I literally put this together under 5 minutes. My whole entire outfit including my purse is all from Zara.
